Grocery & Errand Support
Pick-up/drop-off for groceries, prescriptions, parcels, and essentials.
Visit Duration: 60 minutes
Light Tidying Support (Non-Cleaning)
Tidying, dishwashing, laundry, garbage, simple cleaning tasks.
Visit Duration: 60 minutes
Technology & Safety Support
Help with smartphone basics, emergency contacts, scam-prevention, and guidance on modern safety tools such as fall-detection devices and senior-friendly technology.
Visit Duration: 60 minutes
Wellness Check-In Visits
A quick visit to ensure well-being, light tidying, safety check, tech help.
Visit Duration: 15 - 20 Minutes
Appointment Companion
Escort to/from appointments, check-in assistance, on-site waiting.
Visit Duration: 90 minutes
Additional time available as needed
Clear Non-Medical Support & Transportation Policy
Our role is to accompany, assist, and support — not to provide medical care or transportation.
To ensure safety, clarity, and consistent expectations for seniors and families, our team does not provide:
Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Medication administration
Lifting, transferring, or mobility assistance
Housekeeping or deep cleaning
Driving clients in our own vehicles
We can assist with coordinating safe transportation through:
Taxi
Uber/Lyft
Family rides
HandyDART (for eligible clients)
Clients or families cover transportation costs directly.
Community Education Sessions
Free, educational senior safety presentations for churches, community centers, and senior groups. No selling. No sign-ups. Purely educational.
Topics include:
Fall prevention & emergency response
Safe outings & daily independence
Scam prevention
Simple technology tools
How families can support aging parents
These sessions help seniors build confidence and stay safe day-to-day. All sessions are educational only — no selling or product demonstrations.

Payment & Booking
For first-time clients, payment is required before the visit to confirm the appointment.
We accept e-transfer and secure online credit card payments.
Returning clients may pay after the visit by invoice.
